This policy describes information collected through the W&J Auto Care website and its contact requests. Information provided during a repair or an in-person visit may also be subject to separate service records and disclosures.
Information you provide
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. You may also provide a phone number, select a topic, or include vehicle details in your message. Please do not include payment information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information. Calling or emailing us also provides the information you choose to share.
Contact form delivery
When you select “Send message,” your completed form is sent through our website server to Formspree, our form delivery provider. Formspree processes and may store your contact details, selected topic, and message to deliver the inquiry to the shop and help prevent abuse. The request also identifies this website as its source. See Formspree’s Privacy Policy for its processing, service providers, retention, and security practices.
If the website instead offers “Prepare email,” it opens a draft in your email app; you must send that draft yourself. You may also call or email the shop directly if you prefer not to use the contact form.
Technical information and tracking
Hosting, content delivery, and email providers may process connection information such as an IP address, browser information, requested resources, and server logs to operate and protect the website. Homepage video is served through Amazon CloudFront, which receives connection information when your browser requests the video. Our website server forwards contact form contents to Formspree; the form does not load a Formspree tracking script in your browser.
The website currently has no analytics tools, advertising pixels, account features, or tracking cookies configured. We do not use this website to track your activity across other websites. A browser’s Do Not Track signal does not change the website’s operation. Links to external services, including Google Maps, are subject to those services’ own privacy practices when you choose to visit them.
