This website provides information about W&J Auto Care and a way to contact the shop. These terms apply to website use. Estimates, repair authorizations, invoices, and any written warranty terms for a specific job are provided separately.
Requests and appointments
Sending a request or preparing an email does not confirm an appointment, reserve a service time, or authorize repairs. Your visit is confirmed only when you hear from the shop. Call to confirm appointment availability and whether we can accommodate your vehicle.
Contact form and delivery
Website contact messages are processed through Formspree to reach the shop. A successful submission notice means the delivery provider accepted the request; it does not mean the shop has read it or confirmed an appointment. Delivery and response times are not guaranteed. If you see an error or a request to wait before retrying, follow the on-screen instructions or call 661-274-8700. For time-sensitive questions, call the shop.
If “Prepare email” is offered, you must review and send the draft from your own email app. Preparing a draft does not send a message. Email and phone format checks help catch mistakes but cannot verify that the contact details belong to you or can receive a reply. Check your details before submitting.
Services, estimates, and inspections
